Gorgeous, thorny, fruit-covered pollinator magnets. Super vigorous and adaptable to a wide range of site conditions. Will happily thicket if given the opportunity. Topping out around 35', it sports stunning white flowers in the spring and showy red foliage in the autumn.
The small fruits have a thick tart skin with sweet tender flesh. They make excellent preserves and a great wine.
